Grounded, immersive containers for the work beneath talk therapy. Bluebird is Julie, Lucy and Lizzy — a three‑person practice offering preparation, plant‑medicine journeys, and the integration work that follows. Most of what we do happens in conversation, not in ceremony.
By introduction. A small number of engagements each season.
Private practiceMost of our hours aren't spent in journeys. They're spent talking.
We meet people in preparation. We hold the work itself. We stay close for as long as is useful — a standing conversation, an honest check‑in, a precise question at the right moment. The medicine is one part of a longer process. The relationship is the practice.
We work the foundational layers — self‑worth, nervous‑system regulation, the architecture under the symptom. Clinical and analytical, never performative.
No two arcs look the same. Some people move quickly, some return again and again. We build around the person, not the process.
One‑on‑One Work
Intake, preparation, a guided journey, and the integration work that follows. Most of it happens in conversation. We continue for as long as the work asks for, and not a session longer.

Multi‑day gatherings — Incline Village this July, Paris in September, Bali in spring of 2027. Three of us in the room: one holds hospitality, one holds the structural frame, one holds the clinical thread — so you don't have to hold any of it.

A monthly call for clients in their own work. A way to stay in conversation between engagements, and to be reminded — quietly — that you aren't doing this alone.
Learn more →We hold a small number of retreats each year. Each is built around the people in the room; places are offered by introduction.

I've spent fifteen years in talk therapy. The first month at Bluebird moved further than the decade before it.
